About Mary...

My mom loves to quote what I said after my first audition at just five years old, “that way so scawwy” (I couldn’t pronounce my R’s yet…). And yeah! Yeah it was scary but it doesn’t matter because I booked that rabid squirrel in Willy Wonka!! Since then, the stage became where I always wanted to be. So you’re telling me I can act a fool and instead of the teacher threatening to call home, people are going to laugh and clap? Yeah 8 year old me could get used to this. I loved comedy, I loved to make people laugh and it brought so much joy into my life. Instead of practicing my times tables or filling out my reading log, I was at home memorizing my lines so I could wow everyone with my performance of Christopher robin in Winnie the Pooh junior! ! And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I was also lucky to be a part of Musical Theatre of Anthem's Touring Outreach group for five years- singing at hospitals, nursing homes, homeless shelters, veteran events, etc., I was also lucky to be a choreographer for 3-5 year olds for 6 years!

Outside of performing, I love playing my guitar, creating original songs, fishing, camping when I have the time and just connecting with nature.
